  If you enjoy the outdoors, or outdoor activities such as Fishing, Boating, Snowmobiling, ATV Riding, Biking, Hiking, just need a camp for parties,  or just looking for some time away, our camp rentals offer all of these opportunities.  Our Seasonal Camp Rentals offer a quiet, relaxing stay with the modern conveniences of home.  These cabins are amazingly comfortable and affordable !   The entire family will enjoy the opportunity to enjoy the Pennsylvania Outdoors. Location

  Our camps are located on a secondary paved road just 4 miles South of Smethport in Mckean County Pennsylvania.  We are located just 90 minutes South of Buffalo New York and 4 hours directly North of Harrisburg Pennsylvania.

  • Camps are furnished with all of the modern conveniences of home, including showers, stove, fridge, microwave, Satellite TV, In-Door and Outdoor Restrooms and all of the firewood you need for the fireplace and campfire.

  • Great fishing opportunities, including trout fishing on Potato Creek, located just 100 yards in front of our camp, with Marvin Creek just a 4 mile drive away.  Just North of Smethport, Potato Creek also offers great Small Mouth, Northern Pike, and Musky fishing. Hamlin Lake located in the middle of Smethport is stocked with trout and makes a great place to take the young ones!

  • Many trails for ATV riding and endless trails for snowmobiles!

  • Seneca Nation Casino is just a 45 minute drive from camp !

  • There are 6 golf courses located near our camps, with drive time ranging from 5 minutes to 35 minutes!

  • Boaters, Kinzua Dam is approx. 45 minutes from camp and the quiet East Branch Dam is just 25 minutes away !

  • Most of our camps are booked during the deer hunting seasons, however please call for availability during any other hunting seasons!
